Weather in mid June

I went in August last year and the heat was horrible, and now I think we are going to take my daughter there for her grad present in June. It is the only time she can go- she is so overbooked. Is the heat factor any better in June or is it about the same as August?

Feels pretty much the same to me. I think in actual degrees June is 3-5 lower but hot is just hot when your in the 90's with sooo much humidity.

DH and I will be there June 17-26 so we will be suffering in the heat together! M pretty sure it will be screeching, but Diney as so many I door attractions we'll be ok!

June is very similar to August in heat and humidity. It might be a little less so, but I honestly don't see much of a difference between May and September, with June through August being the worst.

HOT!

I distinctly remember sweat rolling down my back as we waited for rope drop at MK one morning.

My sister and I were looking at the pictures from our mid-June trip just a few days ago. We were laughing because all of the kids' hair was plastered to their head from sweat!

Honestly, it didn't bother me too much. Dh said he is finished with WDW in the heat, though. I am teacher, so that makes it tough.....

We are going to brave the Spring Break crowd this year and see how it goes.....

June is pretty much the month that transitions into summer. It's a bit cooler early in the month, but it's more like July and August as the month goes by. One advantage is that you will not have to pack any warm clothes for chilly days and evenings. My best advice for ay of the summer months is to pace yourself and not be in a hurry to cram too much into your schedule. Make good use of the shade and drink plenty of water.

We were hot in early June this past year. The backs of my knees were even sweaty while we waited for F! after the sun went down. Yuck! One thing that made me more comfortable: I brought some clothes that were a size big on me. They were nice and loose so they didn't make me feel hotter than I already was. I actually did some laundry so I could wear them another day.

It's a hot humid time. All of the summer months in Orlando are hot and humid. On www.weather.com for average temperatures for Orlando average high in June is 91 with average low of 71. In August the average high is 92 with an average low of 73.
