:wave2: My husband and I are leaving for Disney tomorrow and I have just looked at the CNN weather forecast and it says thunderstorms until Saturday and I am leaving Disney on Sunday. Is that normal for July? I am worried. Thanks.

It seems like it's rained every &^%$%^ day this month! It's raining again now. Don't worry about the rain, Disney is still a lot of fun, no matter what the weather.

Yep, that's the weather report every single day in Central Florida in the summer. There's a good chance for thunderstorms every day, but don't worry, they don't last long. Generally, an hour at most and that's it.

Enjoy your trip, niceblueeyedwoman. And get packing!!! ::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo As said, it rains almost every day in FL in the summer, late afternoon showers are very common. I was there last month, rained every day, for 15 minutes to maybe an hour, late afternoon usually. Take in an inside show then, or a bite to eat. Enjoy.

Each time we've gone in July, we've experienced alot of rain. I mean, alot. I've yet to go in summer and see one of those quick storms. But I'll keep trying because summer has alot of benefits that beat any other time of the year at WDW. Later park hours, the ability to visit a waterpark when you NEED to get wet - unlike cooler times when you visit a waterpark and freeze.

Most seasonal attractions are open. Parades are running. Yes, the rain and storms have plagued our summers at WDW but I still love it.:D
