We are going 11-19 December this year and wondered what the weather would be like in comparison to uk weather.

Hi, we go every year in December and the weather can be very different from year to year:confused3

Most years we've had really nice weather (just like a really nice summers day here, well the last 1 we had:scared1:)

But we have also had some really cold weather:eek:

I would say that most of the time you will need a fleece for early morning&evenings but usually in the daytime its warm enough for shorts& t shirts:banana:

The only time we went in December we had to scrape the ice off the car windscreen on a number of occasions it was FREEZING. We were wearing 2 thick fleeces, woolly hats and gloves in the evening and we were still cold :scared1:

We have been about 7 times in December and have had a lot of days where it is warm enough to go in the pool, wear shorts and t-shirts but need a fleece as pp said in the evening and early morning.

However in 2010 it was the coldest we have known it and you needed warm clothes all day, even a scarf and hat some days. Although we still got a few days when we managed the water parks over the time we were there.

This year we will be packing a few more warmer clothes just in case :goodvibes

Let's hope we don't need the fleece's this year :rotfl2:

Actually its one of the ebst time of the year to visit Disney world!! The temperature would be cold, but pleasant, with little rain. but the Christmas decorations are going to be up & there are events such as Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. It will start getting busier as Christmas approaches, with Christmas week through to New Year being one of the busiest periods at Walt Disney World:)

We've been in late Dec/early Jan twice now. The first time it was sooooo hot I burnt even with suncream on! The second time it was freeeeeezing! So you can never tell. I would go in Dec again though just to see the decorations :goodvibes
