Good morning from freezing Pittsburgh, PA! Where the heck is spring????
We were in WDW in early December 2002. The weather was cold in the morning and at night, but some days it did warm enough that we could swim. I'm just starting to plan our next trip (yippee!!) and I have the time pretty much narrowed down to either early November or early February. Which would be better for warmer weather and crowds??? We loved the crowd levels in December, but the trip really got in the way of our Christmas preparations. Thanks for all your wisdom--you guys are always such a big help!!

Early November usually has much warmer weather than early February (the difference between being in the low 80's daily in November and high 60's to low 70's in February and sometimes significantly colder). Seldom is it too cold for the pool in early November; in early February you can get many non-pool days. Early February crowds will likely be less than early November, but neither is very crowded.

We've never been in November, and this was our first trip in Feb., but here are my 2 cents! We went from 2/4-2/13; weather was very warm and sunny on our wedding day and the day we left (ironically!), very chilly and rainy one day, and in-between for the rest of the trip. We are also from PA and braved the cooler temps at night for the balmy degree temps of the pool. We went swimming just about every night, and found that the solution for not being cold on the way back to the room is to go in the hot tub for about 10 min. Then the walk back is quite toasty! As far as crowds go, they were very low.
