We are leaving on Saturday for your Disneyland Spring Break Trip. The weather is forecasted for the low 70's and rain? Should I be concerned. Is So Cal 50-60% chance of rain like WDW. Were it rains for a little bit and then the sun comes back out or does this mean a day full of rain. I have been to DL so many times and I have never had to worry about rain. I am usually concerned about rain in WDW! This is all new to me. SoCal is usually my sunny spot! Should I plan for poncho's?

TIA,
Sharron

I just checked the forecast after reading your post. I have lived in So Cal all my life, and when they say around 80 percent chance of rain, you better believe them. It has to be a major storm front coming through. It could be part of this year's El Niño weather situation. I think you will be happier if you are prepared with the ponchos. (When they say maybe 20 percent chance, we might just get a splash here or there, or nothing at all.). Lots of people really love DL in the rain. I do! Have a great time!

I would bring an umbrella as it can be hard to find a quick spot out of the rain.

When we were there last May it poured rain for two days. We knew ahead of time and brought warm clothes and rain gear. In a way it was nice, because the parks were much less crowded than what was forecasted.
