Weather Channel's tornado warning phone call system?

We are moving to a mobile home in Fl. I can tolerate snakes, bugs, and gators, but tornadoes terrify me. Is anyone here subscribed to the Weather Channel's weather warning system where they call you if a tornado warning is issued for your area? What has your experience been?

I would actually be more worried about a good old Florida thunderstorm or hurricane then a tornado. In Northeast Florida I can count on one hand the number of tornadoes that have either hit close or even hit.
