Don't ask about the weather. It apparently is a sore spot with several of the regular posers ( properly spelled) on this board. And you will be targeted by the bullies on the board for defending yourself along with other posts from other members who defend your question will be deleted (webmasterkathy- major bully).

Like normal...lows in the upper 40s and 50s. Highs in the 70s. Mostly sunny, maybe rain one day.

Pack and dress in layers.

We arrive Saturday and I have been checking accuweather. Looks great, mostly 70s. We've done this week several times and love the weather!

ETA-ignore my ticker, we changed dates!

Look like a cold front coming through next week. High in the 60's for at least a few of the days. I'm always curious when people ask questions like this. Can't you too go to weather.com and look it up?

I prefer to get responses from locals when possible because all of the aforementioned websites are not infallible.

As a local living in a county or 2 away from WDW and having worked near WDW I always checked accuweather.com for Lake Buena Vista ( but never more than 24/48 hrs ahead) pretty darn reliable

if our plans hold, my family will be arriving 2 years from this week! looking at the weather for curiousity sake

We'll be there next week too. Looks like the polar vortex is sending some cold air south - looking at 60s for at least two days.

I'm a local, and I use the Weather Underground app. It seems accurate to me. I check it every day so I know if I need shorts or jeans. This time of year it is constantly changing. Pack for summer and fall, and you'll be covered. LOL!

Local here - we just returned from WDW mini vacation & it was cooler than we expected & we got poured on at Epcot on Monday. I use our three local tv websites & packed accordingly although the rain sprang up after we were on the road. I follow: www.wesh.com (nbc), www.wftv.com (abc) & www.local6.com (cbs). It is going to be much cooler next week than normal. We own an outside business so we are winter proofing starting immediately.....

Anyways - have fun. Parks were packed this week.

Personally, I'm not loving all this cold weather talk...I have three full days scheduled for the pool. I do not want to be in the room twiddling my fingers...grrr. I'm hoping it warms up by Thanksgiving week.

I was given this exact advice by you prior to my August trip, and it was some of the best I got. I was so stressed because the 10 day was showing 5 days of rain. I stopped checking and ended up having a total of one 30 minute storm an one nighttime shower over the course of the week.

My family and I arrive next Friday from Chicago.... considering it was in the 20's all day today.... I'll take 60's and 70's! :cool1:

My apologies to you all.
I thought this was a message board where like-minded people discussed things both grandiose and mundane. If my query caused you to use too much of your internet bandwidth or in some way took away from your time because you were just impelled to answer then I deserve your castigation I guess. Please do go on with your otherwise important conversations and additionally "HAVE A MAGICAL DAY"!

Take a deep breath and relax. Most folks on this board are happy to help posters with their vacation planning questions.

Thanks I do try to help. Accuweather is my go to and has been very accurate for me. Living here much of our life revolves around our animal needs. Scheduling a Vet, or farrier, visit we schedule the date but then we check the site and decide between what hours tomorrow (since all things are done outside) she and he will come. When it says rain at 1:06 pm for my area I am always surprised that 99.999 % of the time it's right.

I here you on that one its colddddddd here!! I was telling my DH the weather was going to be chilly and rainy while we are there and he laughed at me.

I have been using the weather channel but I think that accuweather is the way I'm going. Pin pointing the time of day the rain starts will be great for DS who is in a wheelchair. Thanks Luvchefmic
