Anyone at the Fort today? I am in Clearwater we just has a terrible storm come through with funnel clouds and now this same storm is approaching Orlando. Winds are 25 - 35 mph for the day with gust of up to as much as 70 mph.
How is it at the Fort?

Same here we were fine here in Clearwater, pinellas park had some reports of funnel clouds as well as northern counties. I just talke to my daughter who goes to school in Orlando (UCF) she says they are under tornado warnings until 5pm and it is very windy, this was about 45 min. ago. The storm seems to be not moving as fast as it was now that it is far inland now.
UCF is about 30 minutes east of Disney.

Looks like it turned out to be a gorgeous day after the 10 brutal storm that came through. It was like a typical summer thunderstorm here in FL and a hour after it is gone you would never have known. Of course this storm was more fierce.

Yea, that was the cold front coming through, it was a nasty looking one on radar but was nothing much when it came to rain.

Wind was strong all day long here in Delray Beach (still is now), we had some rain for a while, but nothing horrendous. Never even heard any lightning or thunder.

It's nice to have a cold front this late in the year (what the heck is going on, this is the second one in a couple weeks), we have the whole house open, which you normally can't do this late in April.

Looking forward to 71 degrees tomorrow!

I wish I was still there, storm or no storm We got back to Michigan tonight and it is COLD, lol !! No leaves or flowers yet here
