wearing jewelry

i know this is probably a silly question, but what kind of jewelry do u wear to the parks? i usually wear just earrings & my wedding ring, but lately ive been wearing a big silver cross every day. im thinking i should leave it home so it doesnt burn my neck from the sun hitting it, and so i dont wind up with a tan of it...13 days til we leave. i cant wait!!!!!!!

Wow 13 days....Lucky you. I usually just wear earrings and wedding ring too. I have worn my "Return to Tiffany" necklace and bracelet which are also silver but It didn't burn me. I've also worn like woven cloth bracelets. I kind of feel naked with no jeweley. I also wear a watch. Well, anyway, enjoy your trip!!

I'm a mimimalist when it comes to jewelry in part because of work. At the parks it's no different, post earrings, my plain wedding band, and a watch clip on the backpack. I tend to leave my engagement ring locked up at home when we go to the parks...don't want the stone to catch on something and lose it.

Last year I had on a heart necklace and got a sunburn that day. I had a noticable white heart on my upper chest as a result. I won't do that again!

I always wear earrings (last year I bought a pair of silver hoops with a dangling mickey head and I wore those everyday), my watch, a glass bead necklace with a little silver Mickey head that my daughter bought a few years ago, and some sort of bracelet. I also bought these cute small glass bead stretchy bracelets last year with the same silver Mickey head and I wore them into the parks everyday. Even got some compliments from CM's on the bracelets. All the jewelry was purchased at Disney World and it doesn't scream Mickey Mouse - all are very feminine and dainty and the silver Mickey Mouse heads are small.. I am going in June and will probably wear the same pieces this year - they went with everything!

Whoooopppppeeeee!!!!!
As for jewelry i just wear my normal stuff. I don' ever get sunburnt and if you do it means you are not putting on enough sun tan lotion. I wear 2 gold bracelets and 2 gold chains and a watch. I have never been burnt in Disney.
