Ok, I know I caused a stir with my verbiage about flip flops in the dining room so I won't do it again, and I respect that everyone has an opinion, so please feel free to dress as you like whenver you like to do so.
But, I don't understand why anyone else would care if someone in a restaurant was wearing a hat. I personally don't wear hats in doors but I also don't care what you are wearing.
I am seriously considering wearing flip flops and hats and having dinner with all of you just so you can see that I am great company and a wonderful conversationalist. You would have a great time, and my hat and feet would be nothing other than a fun conversation starter.
