Does anyone else wear their Minnie/ Mickey ears outside of the parks? I wear them to casual places like the movies, park and restaurants. I love the feeling I get when I wear them bc it remindd me of walking in WDW. With using the Law of Attraction to move to Golden Oak, I think it's the appropriate thing to do. I am currently wearing them to brunch here in Connecticut.

Um, no I do not--though I guess it is no stranger than many other fashion choices.
I DO hope that when you wear them to the movies you sit in the back row. I would be pretty annoyed to have someone wearing mouse-ears blocking my view at a movie.

I wouldn't.

If I were in the Orlando area and saw an adult in a restaurant or something wearing their Ears outside the park I wouldn't think too much of it because I'd assume they were on their way back to the hotel after spending a day at the park.

But if I saw you out in a restaurant here in CT with your ears on, YES I would think it was strange. Sorry, but that's just the truth.

And as someone else mentioned, PLEASE don't wear them to the movies, I'm going to ask you to take them off if you are sitting in front of me. That's just rude to wear them in that situation.

Messageboard performance art at its best! ;)

I have never bought a pair of ears for myself. I always buy them for kids. Now I'm going to have to buy some for myself and wear them to a disney movie here in NC!!:earboy2:

My Mom and I bought sequined "ears" on our Disneyworld trip and wore them in the parks. I knew she would love that, so I suggested it to her.

But to wear them outside the parks, no I wouldn't. I wouldn't even think about doing that. Especially not to a movie theater or restaurant.

No. I wear my Disney t shirts all over and my purse has Mickey on it but ears? Nope.

Nope. But I don't even wear them in the parks so I am the wrong person to ask! I would probably do a double take if I saw someone wearing mouse ears out and about, but if it makes you happy go for it. :) :earsgirl:

My kids wear them if they have a Crazy Hat Day or something at school. I wore the pirate Mickey bandana ears for Halloween at work one year.

No, I wouldn't.

But I do have a hat that I wear a lot, to keep the sun off me and that has the Mickey silhouette on it.

I don't have ears, but I plan on buying a pair! I wouldn't wear them except at Disney. Maybe on the trip back home. Or on the trip to Disney when we go again

No, but then again I can't imagine actually wearing them in the park. On a child they're adorable, on a grown-up not so much.

Don't be so shy about wearing them. May I suggest church, any sporting event and job interviews? :thumbsup2

I feel the same way. Adults wearing the ears is silly to me.

The bride and groom ears are especially attention seeking IMO.

I' worn them on my flight to and from Disney, other than that I wore them during a children's lesson at church.
