Weak immune system in Disney?

Hello! We visited WDW five months after my 10 year old son's kidney transplant. He was pretty severely immune suppressed at that time and we had no troubles at all!

I have to say I was more worried about the airplane than Disney!

We bought Lysol on our way to our resort and sprayed everything in all of the rooms.
