We ve booked a 3 bed condo for 2 weeks in July. We re all really looking forward to using that pool! I haven't read anything bad about the place and loved reading all the reviews on this site. So many peole seem to be going there, it must be good! We hope so anyway!

Us too booked for a week in October I can't wait. The pool looks great and the villa nicer than our house Been a rough week so planning and booking is keeping me sane for a bit.

I have a reservation for his 204 unit later in the year. I won't be able to tell you about it until August though!

I've placed my deposit, got great communication, quick replies to emails, and receipt of my deposit quickly. The owners are registered with the county tax office so there are legit there as well.

He has 8 condos to rent. I know he does have a few different business partners though. One condo is the newest -- I think its the 404!

We booked 404 for our trip at the end of November beginning of December. We can't wait. The condo looks nice, Windsor Hills looks nice, the people we are dealing are nice, and the price is GREAT! We got one of the $399 weeks!
