I just wanted to stop by quickly and report back to you guys that we were able to exchange our tickets today without any problem at all. There were 13 of us total, and everyone exchanged at MGM. One person went through the regular ticket line, the rest went through CS (though not all together) because we didn't realize we could use the regular ticket booths. The person that went through the regular ticket booth said the CM didn't know what to do with the ticket, but eventually figured it out on their own. One of the groups that went to CS (group of 4) said the CM said 'Oh...I've never seen Americans with these'. The other 3 groups (group of 4, and 2 groups of 2) all went through at seperate times and no one said a single thing about the tickets. Our CM just reminded us not to throw away our breakfast vouchers. That was it. I was ready to be persistant, but glad I didn't need to be
