I was watching the news just now and one of the network "Talking Heads" mentioned how NASA has lost 17 Astronauts over the years. Three in Apollo 1, Seven each in Challenger and Columbia. It irked me a bit because I remember visiting my Dad's office at NASA a few times over the years and seeing the pics of ALL the astronauts who died. Even just training in the Astronaut Corps has it's risks. The media tends to forget that Apollo 1 was doing ground tests at the time it caught fire. This list may not be complete, but I wanted to honor the ones who always seem to be forgotten...
