We received a massive dose of Magic at Epcot Tuesday, 5/31...UPDATE: PHOTO ADDED PG 1

Best story I've read lately about Disney magic. I think you said volumes in your post thought when you said you are an average family who goes without high expectations. I think that really helps let the magic happen on its own. Thanks for sharing such a sweet story. I agree with the poster who said to let Guest Relations know about Peter. That really is above and beyond CM duty! Yay Peter!!

Awwwww, that is so magical!!! :goodvibes :goodvibes What a wonderful memory for your dd and all of you! :wizard:

Yep.. you made me cry too!! Thanks for sharing your magic.. These are the stories that remind us what Disney world is all about.. now if we can just spread a little to the world what a great place it would be!!

::yes::

I say get rid of the dogs and somehow make your story the commercial for the Happiest Celebration on Earth. It is pure magic. :wizard:

What a beautiful memory for your family. I am sitting here tearing up. I am soooo happy it worked out the way it did.

PMart :goodvibes

That story is why I love Disney. Thanks so much for sharing!

That is so amazing...I got tears just reading it! These CM's went above and beyond to ensure your family had a wonderful time :grouphug:

Another teary-eyed reader here. What a great story. I agree, they should use Pixie Dust Stories like yours for their commercials. Much better than the dogs (and I'm a dog lover!)

 That brought tears to my eyes.

From the other side. My daughter was on the Disney college program and found an autograph book at property control in the lost and found. She went out and got more autographs in the book and mailed it back to the person whose address was inside the book. She never got acknowledgement that they received it or a thank you.

She had paid extra for delivery confirmation so she knows it got there.

How hard would it have been for them to say thank you? My daughter did the right thing and felt real good about it. It's a shame the family didn't do anything.

Thank you for sharing that amazing story. I am teary eyed. There is nothing like the magic of Disney and things like that explain why we keep returning. :sunny:

Okay-- I have to go to work and I've got tears rolling down my face. That is a truly wonderful story. Lately it seems there have been so many negative posts that this is truly great to hear!!!!

good gosh, I must be post PMS's cause I'm crying like a baby here.
I love the magic of disney. This is the second time these boards have made me cry so hard, from the wonderful stories I've read about the awesome disney magic.
Cm really aren't paid enough. And Walt, what a man.
I've never been to WDW, but am so looking foreword to our first trip at the end of this month.

Well thanks for my morning happy cry. That is amazing. I'm glad that it worked out so well for your family. Surely a vacation to remember.

Something similar happened to my niece (2) when she was there in April. She left her Ariel doll in Honey I shrunk the audience and by the time they got back to get it the next show had started. When it was over they got in to look for it and it was gone (Parents, why do you let your kids take things that aren't theirs?) Anyway she was so upset she just burst out crying. A nearby castmember took my sisters name and address and said he would check with lost and found and mail it if it was turned in. About a week later she got a package from Mickey complete with a brand new doll. Apparently no one turned it in so they sent her a brand new one. My niece really thinks it was sent by Mickey Mouse!

Pass the tissue box please!

What a lovely story! My emotions are reeling now! I truly beleive in that Disney Magic! Thank you CMs who care enough to go above and beyond!!!

I'm so happy that all worked for you and I too needed to hit the kleenex box! On a more serious not, I am glad to hear such a wonderful story. In the midst of the lost magic threads, it was refreshing to read a positive.

What a wonderful story of pure disney magic. This is why Walt's dream still lives today.
