We had been trying to sell our contract since November and had an offer initially that after 9 days the buyers backed out of. Well we got great news in January that someone bought our contract for full asking price with no hitches! I just got an email that Disney waived ROFR today!!!! We should be receiving our closing documents within 10 days! I am hoping that everything is smooth sailing from here on out!!!!!!

As a seller, you don't really need to worry about passing ROFR. Just that the process gets finished. Because if it doesn't pass, Disney buys it from you for the price you agreed on with the buyer. And you still pay the commission to the real estate agent.
