We Passed ROFR!!!

Whoo Hoo! We passed ROFR on our BWV contract. Maggie called early this morning with the news. It took exactly 24 business days. I was in agony.
Anyway here are the details:
BWV- 220 pts
April use year ,
18 2004 pts
4 banked pts from 2003
We paid $70 per pt, closing costs and fees for the 18 2004 pts left.
Since we have already rented pts for our Dec. 2004 trip we really did not need the 2004 pts.
Thanks for all the great advice and moral support! I am sooo excited!
