Our closing documents were emailed to us this morning, we've already sent the signed documents and the cashiers check back (we're a little excited). The details: 200 pt. BWV contract, August use year, 8 points left from 2003, paid $70 per point, split the maintenance fees for 2004. Went through the Timeshare Store, offer was accepted April 9, was sent to ROFR around April 20th or so. Anxious to get into the system, already planning HH in October, OKW and BWV next year! Thanks for all the help!
