We now have an extra ticket...advice please.

I won a ticket through the Super Bowl promotion and it came in the mail today. The problem is that I already purchased our tickets online in mid-January. I have electronic pick-up for the tickets I purchased. Do you think I can get a refund for one of the tickets I purchased? We will not be down to FL again this year to use an extra ticket.

You can use the ticket that you purchased at any time. If you think you will go again, I would just hang onto it.

You can ask them when you go to the ticket counter to pick up your e-ticket.
Otherwise find out how long the e-ticket is good for.
I got my SuperBowl ticket in the mail today, and it is only good through 2009.

I don't think they will refund it but as the other poster said if you are going in the future hang on to it cause they never expire until the first day you use them and I too have one of the free tickets and bought mine for our June trip and I will save 1 for our next Universal trip

if you bought the ticket on line, send them an email about your question.

Quite a few years back i had tickets refunded.
i don't know if the policy has changed but can't see you having any problems doing so.

i'm sure something can be worked at as you have your ticket on will call/kiosk.



If things have changed, and i am incorrect in my advise, i'm sure someone will post to clarify that.

An update: I just called Guest Services and they kindly cancelled one of the adult tickets I had ordered online and will refund my credit card. Now I can use my free ticket!
We can't wait until our April trip!
