We had to change our days because the cost of flights were to high!
So now I'm trying to plan our last 3 days of our vacation.
The days are Thursday August 20, Friday August 21 and Saturday August 22. It will be myself and 13 year old granddaughter. We have a flight leaving Sunday at 1:00pm.
We would like to go to Epcot , Animal Kingdom, half day at Magic Kingdom and Typhoon Lagoon one morning. We do not like morning EMH and would rather be in the parks at night. We will be spending another whole day at MK so half a day will be enough.
We thought of going to MK evening EMH but I'm afraid we will be exhausted when have to get up to go home. I also thought maybe we could go but not stay late ?
I thought of going to TL in the morning and then to Epcot EMH that evening.

Thursday is MK am EMH
Friday is Epcots evening EMH
Saturday is MK evening EMH

We can use either MK or Epcot day to go to Typhoon Lagoon in the morning and just go to the park in the evening.
We plan on getting to Typhoon Lagoon at opening and leave around 2:00 .
My problem is I can't decide on if we should go to both evening EMH nights or work it around to avoid the crowds and not go to EMH's ?
I keep going around and around in my mind on what park to do what day. I really wanted to get this figured out so I can get our dining reservations settled.
We will appreciate any help :)

I would suggest the following:

Thursday - MK in the afternoon/evening - it's open until 11 pm so plenty "late" enough, and plus, anyone that took advantage of morning EMH will be exhausted by late afternoon/early evening and heading out.

Friday - take advantage of Epcot's EMH - do Typhoon Lagoon in the morning before Epcot (or could do it Thursday before MK too... depending on which weather is better).

Saturday - AK closes at 6 so plan a special dinner later this evening for your last hurrah.

Sunday - HATE DEPARTURE DAYS!!!!!!!!!!:sad::sad:

Thanks :) I do like all of it except we will be going to MK that Wednesday and wanted to space them out a little. I forgot to mention that in my post sorry :( We do plan on going to Boma after AK :). It will be our first time at AKL and we are excited to see it.

I was thinking maybe since it is so hot in August that late nights would be better and cooler. But maybe not if it going to be crowded.

I agree, Kirk.

And great to see you!! Hope all is well with you, Chrissy and Catryna, and if any more, them also.

Hi Dan! DD Chrissy and DGD Catryna are fine and there are more:) Payton (6) and Caleb (3).

OP, I like the early morning until I can't stand the heat then back to resort for pool time during the heat of the day followed by Park until I'm too tired. Sometimes I'll last thru the Evening EMH but quite often I don't.

I think we have decided to go to MK on Saturday night for a little while during the EMH. We wont stay to late since we are leaving the next day. Now to decide on Thursday and Friday with one of those days going to the Typhoon in the morning. I know our TL day will be our Epcot day but not sure if we should go to Epcot on Friday EMH night or Thursday with a park closing of 9:00. We have been to Epcot many times so it is not like we are going to try to cram everything in a few hours.
Anyone have an opinion on what days we should do AK and Epcot choosing between Thursday and Friday (Epcot EMH) and going to TL in the morning for a few hours ? I would like to go to Epcot on EMH night but I'm afraid of the crowds.
