Crazy series - Bad game or is Embid hiding his injury more than we think? Meaning worse/even more complicated.

Great comeback by the Hawks.

And Clippers, speaking of crazy! Those Kawhi plays!! :worship:

Loving the crowds. Wicked jealousy engulfs me, but loving the crowds.

he’s not hiding a knee injury, he tore his meniscus in the first series against Washington.

Tonight should be interesting. Healthy would be better, but that's the game.

Although I am not a fan I believe Durant and squad are capable despite the setback/injuries.

I am asking about Embid because his play has been erratic in the past - obviously 0/12 half is not automatically the outcome of his circumstances. That discussion.

Hope it improves. His health and the play. There is no way the Sixers can compete in the next round, if they get through, like that.

Embiid is an elite player. He’s had injuries his entire career. It has been a major concern. He is definitely playing hurt right now and probably wouldn’t be playing at all if it was the regular season. He has still been playing great up until the second half last night, and he still finished with 17pts, 21 rebounds, and 4 assists. He needed to get it done at the end there but he didn’t. I think it’ll be completely different coming back home to Philly tomorrow night. I just wish they could’ve closed this series early, so that he could have a couple of extra days rest before getting into the next series.

I am in no way downing Embiid, the way it must be coming across on here.

I know all about his career as I am an avid fan, NBA I mean. I have been squawking about Philly needing a different coaching style on our bball threads here, especially for Embiid. And now he has that.

But his play has not always matched his skill level in years past, injuries or not. Regardless I am hoping for a Phoenix/Philly final although I went for Nets/Clippers.

What the hell? Do not LOL me!

I am going to find that sucker.

I too thought about that guy. I also thought all about our Boston buddy, especially when they went out. :rolleyes1:rotfl2:

And of course when Irving is flapping his mouth.

Just about killed me to pick Nets and Clippers.

itlook like Mill was done and then thaey came back strong, cant wait to see this game ends tonight. Boston fans, are so over the top, they go n about Ainge is the best GM in the league, lol, well maybe not

Congratulations Arizona. 23 straight road losses. A record. And you did it in style getting pounded 10-3.

The last time they won a road game it took a No hitter by Madison Bumgarner to do it.

Although Baltimore is up to 19. So they're right behind em.
