In March 2003 we went on our very first cruise ever, it just happened to be the best one out there, DISNEY!!! We went on the 7 night Eastern Carribean Cruise on the Disney Wonder. We thought it would be a once in a lifetime trip, they're pretty pricey if you know what I mean.
We
went with my parents,
my brother
, and our one year old son
. It was for my parents 25th anniversary. We set sail on my 23rd birthday.
The cruise was just wonderful, I mean really magical.
We left our son at Flounders Reef one night for an adult evening at one of the shows, and Snow White rocked him to sleep. Can you believe how lucky he is. How many children can say they were rocked by Snow White. He learned to walk on the ship, it was so cute. My Husband, brother and I went snorkeling on one of our excursions, and while we were on the boat they let us learn to snuba dive instead. We got to explore sunken ships and tropical fish. The sun was perfect
, the water was blue like I never thought it could be
.
Anyway, the reason I'm so happy today,
is because we're going to try and go again in March 2007. There will be a few more people in our group this year. My parents will still go, my brother and his new fiance will go, and we now have another child. Our boys will be 5 and 3. I think perfect ages to enjoy everything. Wish us the best!!!
