Eh, no big deal. I just think if we were REALLY counting on having a diver come by it would have been very disappointing. I wanted people to know it might not happen, even when you supposedly have a diver booked!

Hi, Laurie! No rain yesterday. The only concierge food we have really had is cookies and potato chips because that's what's out when we come back for a break.

Sunrise safari was really good! Pics coming!

Elizabeth, I enjoyed reading about your first days in Disney! I can't wait until I get there, too, but I will never be ready. I'm thinking no matching shirts for us this time (Laura will be thrilled!).

I hope that you continue to have a great time, and maybe we'll bump into you at some point! I can't plan any meetings, because Laura reacted very badly to meeting Theresa and her family, and I don't want anyone else to witness that level of rudeness from my dd. I also don't want to put her through that at Disney (and I made a promise to her to calm her).

By any chance, have you had a chance to check the in-room dining menu to see if it looks about the same as the 2007 one on allears.net? I think we are going to go that route in December rather than trying to get back out for Christmas Eve dinner.

Janet - Thanks! Yes, those are DH's photos.

Elin - Yes, the menu is the same as AllEars. The copyright on it is 11/07, so I couldn't say for sure if those items are all still available if you call down to order them. Seems like they would update it more often!

Just found this thread and started reading it since we will be in disney august 10-16th staying at the WL~celebrating my dh and my 40th birthday too (we both turned 40 in feb but decided to incorporate our vacation and birthday together) our 2 DD will be joining us (15 and 12)
I enjoyed reading your thread and will continue reading till we leave on Thursday (we are driving down)

It rained on us Friday, but not yesterday or today. Afternoon thunderstorms are very common this time of year, but it usually clears up by evening.
