Look into getting an insurance adjuster, they work for you, they'll get you the most from your insurance company.

Thank you all so much for the replies. The DIS is a very loving community. We're staying with my inlaws right now. I have yet to talk to the owners, they've been out of town at their farm. Everything is pretty much up in the air right now. But we're just thinking about the good side. We're safe and that's all that matters.
