We leave tomorrow/One last question

First thanks so much for everyone's help in getting ready for my
first Disney Cruise. We are all very excited! One last question.
We are arriving a day early and staying at the Embassy Suites near the airport. When we arrive on Friday afternoon is there
anything we have to do for our transfers on the Disney bus on Saturday. In other words do we have to check in with anyone or
do we just get a shuttle and go to our hotel. The following morning I understand that we have to go to the Hyatt to get the
Disney transfer. How early should we be there and do we have
to check in there ahead of time.

Jan I am not sure about the transfers. But I do know you should put your Disney luggage tags on before leaving the hotel. Bumping you up in hopes that someone can help you.

I don't think you would go to Hyatt for the transfer.

We stayed at the Hyatt (we used points and limo to get to DCL. did not use Disney for hotel or tranfer) and noticed saw that if you stayed at Hyatt and are using Disney Transfer, you notified the hotel the night before and in the AM you would go the ground transfer and catch the bus. Your bags will be picked up and tranfered by truck for you. We saw the truck and the bell hops moving bags while we were waiting for the limo

There are DCL reps with signs to help arriving passenger at each of the gates at the main terminal. They should be able to direct you.

but i would definetly tell the person at guest services when you check in, and they should be able to advise.
