go and turn them in the nite before and get the tickets but not activate til the next day? My gut says yes...but I'd rather get it from the experts!

Yes, you can do that. The voucher can be redeemed at the machines out in front of either park. They get you through the gate, where you then go to Guest Services to get your picture taken and your pass made. The date is added at that time. We were at the gates when they opened and got our four passes all made within five minutes.

Thanks for the response...do you know if that includes package vouchers? i.e. we purchased our package through SouthWest Airlines and it's that type of voucher...I should have been clearer!\

I believe all of the vouchers work the same. Your best bet is to call UO's 1-800 number and ask them.
