We want to scope out the place with hopes of making that our destination on future trips. First, can we? Second, how do we get there without going on the bus tour from you know where - I don't think you can hop buses resort to resort - what's the most efficient route, I guess. We'll be at the All Stars.

Susie ~ No, the buses don't go from resort to resort. Will you have a car? That would be the easiest and fastest way to get to AKL. We just did that last week. We stayed at ASMu and drove over to check it out one night. Since we had the parking permit for ASMu on the car dash they just waved us through at the gate. Get one of those Transportation Guide/Maps at the check-in desk at your resort and you won't have any problem finding your way there.
