We just booked the GF!

This is such a HUGE deal for us. This will be our first big vacation since our triplets were born. They were all so tiny (weighed 2 pounds each) and so very sick for a very long time (2 now have Special Needs). There were so many times I thought they wouldn't even live, much less be taking a trip to WDW. I can't believe we've made it this far. I am so happy, and I cry when I think of how much this trip means to us all. It's like we will finally be able to go do something that other families can do! I am just so very thankful that we are going!

We have been saving, scraping, and watching every penny for over three years to afford this trip. My DU agent just emailed me and was able to get the GF at the AAA rate!!! Still hoping for AP rate, but we are so excited!!! She spoke directly with Special Medical Reservations and put in all our medical requests.

I'm just soooo looking forward to this first trip to the world with them! Can you tell I'm excited????! Now, if that countdown clock would just hurry up! Woohoo!!!!

Here we come, Mickey! Hope *YOU* are ready for US!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for sharing in my JOY!

I think that is wonderful! It looks like we will be there about a week after you. We stayed at the SL in the GF in October 2003, and we loved it! Hope you guys have a wonderful vacation! It's our favorite too

You will just LOVE the Grand FLoridian. I am sure you and your family will have a magical trip. Don't forget to try to get some "me" time, we all know how hard that is to do when you're a mom! Send the kids on the kids activities at GF and relax. Have a wonderful time.

Congrats triplefigs! We have twins and know a couple w/ triplets, and all too familiar w/ stories like yours...so happy for you and your family - enjoy every moment. WE're going on our 1st vacay w/ our twins this fall & also staying GF...do you know when/what room/location of GF you've booked? Plan many character meals too, Im sure theyll love it

Thank you all for your sweet comments and replies. My cheeks hurt from smiling so much today. When I picked the kids up from pre-school, I couldn't quit gushing about the GF and our trip. They were excited, but not like ME-LOL! I showed them some pictures later, and they really want to ride the monorail and boats. Thanks again!~

We are going Nov 29- Dec 6. We requested Sago Cay (close to main bldg/monorail/buses/Gasparillas), connecting rooms, non-smoking, no ground floor with patio (one would wander away), quiet room. They placed the requests through the Special Medical Reservations and noted all the kids issues (why we would need certain things). HTH! Glad to meet another multiples mom here. I know there are a ton of us!
