We just booked! Finally!

It's funny how things work out. My first choice was POR since we decided to go with a Moderate this time. Then, I was leaning towards CSR, until last night. We started reading a lot more negative reviews and started to have doubts. After searching more, we wanted to go with POFQ. THEN, we just called and they're booked! So, we decided to go with our original plan and go with the POR! I'm so happy because I know we will enjoy any of the resorts we stay at.

We will be staying in one of the Royal Rooms with a garden view. WhooHoo!

DH and I both agreed that we should have made the reservation a month or more ago and then had the free dining option added when it came out. The man said they filled up yesterday. They were only booked for connecting rooms, which we needed.

Let the fun begin. Now you can check out the POR thread on a daily basis and don't forget to check out portorleans.org. An incredible site with everything you'd ever want to know about Port Orleans Riverside. Tons of pictures, videos, maps, and great tips and suggestions. We're DVC members but used all the points for a cruise last year so this is our first POR visit and couldn't be more excited.

Thanks for that other site. I'm sure it will be helpful.

I just finished making some ADR's but it's a little hard because we will want to rearrange things depending on the show schedules. At least we have some places we really want to eat at.

We lovved POR last year. Great renovated rooms . Stayed in Alligator Bayou. They are right...there is a GREAT website with info.....Have fun! Now I just have to convince hubby to book....

You are going to love it. POR is our favorite resort. We like trying others, but that will always be our favorite.
