Hello All ~ After several magickal WDW trips, we are going back! However, we have seen and done everything [at least twice]. Now what do we do? Blessings, Sandra

Wow, I've been dozens of times and haven't come near to seeing and doing EVERYTHING!

I can't imagine somebody doing everything! We have been many times and still haven't even come close. Are you talking just rides or what?
We find something new everytime we go.

This will be our 7th trip in the past 8 years, and we haven't come close to doing *everything*! Even if you've seen it all in the parks, how about outside the 4 major parks? Downtown Disney? Ft. Wilderness activities? Riding around and visiting all of the resorts?

If you really have done it all.....I'm with the previous poster that said "DO IT AGAIN!!!!". We've probably been on Small World 100 times, and somehow it never gets old.....

Laurie in OH, mom to

Alex, 11 years old
Julianne and Leah, 10 years old
Audrey, 2 years old

WDW visits in 1973, 1986, 1987, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004, 2005!
Currently planning a December 9-16, 2006 trip
!

Learn how to surf at typhoon lagoon
Parasail at the CR
Ride horses @ FW
Go on a hidden Mickey hunt at the resorts
How about Cirque du Soleil (sp?)
Learn the Club song @ the adventurer's club
Take a tour
Do a treasure hunt (book from passporter)
Spend the day picking out the perfect souvenier for me (pm me for preferences & sizes)
etc.....

Wow, I can't even imagine ever doing everything. Not knowing what you have done, here's part of my 'things I want to do that I haven't done' list. Maybe there's something on there you haven't done yet.

A Wishes cruise
An Illuminations cruise
The segway tour
Keys to the Kingdom tour
The new nemo ride
The new nemo show
Be picked as an extra at Indy
Be picked as an extra at the backlot tour
The early morning safari that only guests at AKL can go on
Concierge at the Poly
Getting a tent and camping at Fort Wilderness
Chefs table at V&As (who am I kidding, ANY table is fine)
Maelstrom (we always end up skipping it, no idea why)
Drink my way around the world showcase (all grown ups trip planned soon :yay: )
Lead a parade
Go to the waterparks (too busy with the theme parks so far)
play mini golf
rent one of those zippy little boats
Be able to spend so much time at WDW that I can sit at an outdoor table in France and eat pastry and drink champagne and people watch for hours without feeling like I should be doing something else (like riding Maelstrom)
See the Cirque de Soleil show
Stalk the dream team until they give me a night in the castle to leave them alone.
Have the money to do crazy things for other people - like hang out at the TTC and buy tickets for them. How fun would that be?
Go to the Adventurer's club (that all grown up trip can't come soon enough)
Go to the campfire at Wilderness lodge, roast marshmallows and make smores while watching the movie.

Then again, there's still 'normal' rides I haven't ridden and 'normal' shows I haven't seen so my whole list is pretty long.

If you're "all parked out" then exploring the resorts might be fun. Nearly all of them have some sort of activity (or actvities) that are fun and unique. Even just checking out all the transportation options to and from the resorts (we took the boat from POR to DTD and had a driver who was a beatles fan, he replaced the 'standard' music with some beatles hits and the whole boat had a beatles sing along down the Sassagoula - what a hoot!) the boats connecting lots of resorts to each other and to the parks are fun just to ride.
Tea at the GF, the gueyser (spelling?) at Wilderness Lodge, lounging on the beach at the Poly with a frou frou drink (I really need to check the dates on that all adult trip), riding bikes around Port Orleans - there's a whole list at every resort.
Downtown Disney is great. We had a ball at DisneyQuest and watching the kids race legos at the lego store and trying to appropriately stuff a mr potato head box and Ghirardellis - moment of silence for Ghirardellis - it would take me three or four nights just to feel like explored everything down there.

I know...take me with you and you can experience the joy of watching me do all the things you've already done!! I'll be entertaining, I promise!!! :Pinkbounc

I know you'll find some stuff to do. If you find you've really done it all then my advice would be to do it all again party:

well, as you can tell by my siggie how many times I have been, and still aint seen and done everything!!

Have you done any of the tours?
Been to other resorts? ex: restaurants, pools, etc?
Done any BEYOND THE PARKS ACTIVITIES? ex:water mouse rentals, parasailing, fishing??? :confused3

And if you have DONE IT ALL, pick your favorites and DO IT ALL AGAIN! :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc   :Pinkbounc

I know what you mean. I used to work at Disney World, and we've been over 20 days over the past few months.

There is a great site with varous things to do, secrets, etc. when you have done everything and are bored.

Since I'm new to here and can't post a link, just google "overlooked attractions".

I can't imagine how you have done it all...our upcoming trip will be our 12th, and there is always something new to see or do...

New attractions in the past couple of months include the Finding Nemo Musical at Animal Kingdom, the Seas with Nemo and Friends at Epcot, the Dream Along with Mickey show at the Magic Kingdom, Woodys Cowboy Camp at the Magic Kingdom, the new Family Fun Parade at the Magic Kingdom, and those are just off the top of my head, I know there must be more...

I noticed from your siggy that you have not been there for the holidays!

Gotta go see all the holiday lights- shows- resorts decorated for the holidays-- do Mickeys xmas Party. MGM lights! All the Santas around the World Showcase!

How about Halloween- MNSSHP! do a Hay ride @ Fort Wilderness

Try new restaurants!- Hotel hop! Watch the MK fireworks from the Poly beach-- Fort Wilderness beach.......

DH and I have been there 11 times and have not seen everything- just our last visit was the first time we did the Segway tour-- it was one of the funnest things we have done in Disney!

Goin back in just 21 days! 3x times year!

The perception of doing everything in WDW is different for everyone. We have been to WDW well over 60 times...maybe more I lost count. What amazes me is that every tirp is completely different....and we always stay in the same hotel (well with the exception of last trip...big mistake)! We always find things overlooked. It is nice to reach the point of having seen everything because now you can take your time. There is no need to rush or wake up early and plan hour to hour. Do park hoppers and go where you want. Last year was our first time going in Dec for DH birthday and it was so great we are going back again. The MVMCP is really something to experience and so is the resorts and parks at this time of year. There is always something new going on and all kinds of celebrations/festivals....

goofie4goofy, which hotel have you stayed at every year and which one did you make the mistake of staying at last time?

Agreed. I've been there over 50 times and even worked there for a summer. I also seem to find something new to do everytime I go. New attractions, shows, restaurants, WDW is constantly changing.

And its fun to do all the old stuff over and over again too. :teeth:

I can't imagine that anyone has seen and done everything!!! We've been there bunches of times and last week was the first time I saw the Flag lowering ceremony. It was really neat. I also saw "DeVine" for the first time. It was fun "looking" for her and we couldn't find her and then all of a sudden my DH just kind of "ran into" her.

I had never taken advantage of any of the "programs" at the Food and Wine Festival. We had gone twice to the Food and Wine Festival, but this was the first time we did some of these. They were great.

You have to have Fall and Christmas on your list. Both are beautiful times with so much going on.

Gee, I am always finding more and more I want to do. You have children??? Have they done the Albatross Treasure Cruise??? I have found that there are at least two layers to Disney World. The first is the rides and parks and obvious stuff, the second layer is the small but awesome stuff that makes you realize what an amazingly detailed job Disney does there day after day.

People here complain about a bit of garbage here, or a rude CM or a chip of paint. When "I" come back, I am just in awe of the enormity of the details that they have thought about and go on day after day. Have you ever sat on the Boardwalk and watched some of the shows, especially on the week-end. Grab an ice cream from the candy shop and just enjoy. Take a surry bike ride. We did that for the first time last week and it was hilarious. The hills seemed so small and we thought we weren't going to make it up and then we started laughing so hard on top of it!!! We made it though!!!

I've already got my list started for next time and I know we won't get it all in.

Like alot of other people here, I'm amazed that you've done everything. remember, WDW is so much more than just the 4 parks. Have you gone miniature golfing, rented surrey bikes, eaten a Kitchen Sink, gone on an Illuminations cruise, character meal, rented a pontoon boat, rented water mice, had a sundae at Ghiardellis, taken a horseback ride at FW, walked on the nature trail at FW, fished at POR?? All these things, and many more, can be done without paying for a ticket to enter the parks.

Another vote for do it all again......however as someone who wants to eventually eat at every restaurant and stay at every resort hotel, I am a long, long way from "having done it all"!! OH WELL...........that's just that many more trips I get to take!!!

sometimes you focus on the attractions and the rides or zero in on the actitvities but that is not all that there is to it.

Sitting on a balcony at midnight and listening to crickets.

Watching a child discover turkey legs for the first time.

Walking the rivers of Carribean beach and fishing for bass.

Just walking hand in hand through the beautifully landscaped grounds.

Always rember that Disney provides the setting, but sometimes we provide the magic.
