now what building should we pick we have a 2 bedroom booked...

1.we want close to the pool


2. low noise i did notice that bonnet creek pkwy and buena vista dr is close by I don't want too much noise.

3. bus isn't really nessesary because we are taking our car.

Turtle Pond Road isn't a booking category but a request. Just be aware that you may be put in another section of the resort. The only section you can specifically book is the Hospitality House category.

That said, we love buildings 34 and 35 but if you want to be close to the pool I'd request 41 or 42. Have a great vacation!

In 34 and 35? No, you're not near the road at all. We haven't stayed in 41 or 42 but since you said you wanted to be near the pool those would be the closest buildings. Why not request 43 or 44? They don't border the road and are still close to the pool.

I'd agree with this recommendation. We too like building 35, but agree that 41 or 42 is closer to the pool (not by that much) but still far enough from the road that car noise is noticeable.

37 & 43 are my favorite buildings in Turtle Pond. Very quiet, nice views. Stay away from 39 & 40, near the road.

We have stayed in 38, 39, and 40, and I didn't care for any of them. After three stays there, we have decided Turtle Pond is our least favorite area at OKW.

Rather than request specific buildings (or "where" I want), I ask for "what" I want. That way, if the specific places are not available, they can find another spot that helps fit the bill. In your case, I'd just ask for "a quiet location, near a pool".

I totally agree with this. If you want near a quiet pool or away from the road, then make THAT your request...not a specific area or building. We always just take what we get at OKW, because you never know if something else is going to be better for you than what you have had before. We have stayed in all areas, and while I definitely have preferences, I can't say being in one of my least favorite places has "ruined" a trip for me. We like to experience it all, so that's why we never make specific requests. I AM, however, specifically requesting buildings 45 or 46 for our May trip. It's just DH and I, and that is our favorite area.
