We have just been in the paddling pool!

Shelby loves her paddling pool so much! She is so funny! We have just got the pool out, I have had to put 3 kettles of boiling water in it for her though otherwise the water out of the hose was too cold! I didn't actually go in the pool with her but by the time she had finished splashing me I may of well have gone in there with her!!

Has anyone else had their pool out today?

Not today I mean yesterday! but Declan loves it! He'd sit in one all day (provided there was a poolside bar serving drinks and food!)

Does Shelby enjoy her baths too? Mine were both water babies infact withholding a bath is one of our big punishments for Molly

Yes we definately were although our one had gone pop a couple of weeks ago so i had to try and find a new one yesterday morning Just about everywhere had sold out. Only one I found was in sainsburys but its a good size at a decent price so I'm happy. We were splashing around till about 7pm last night,

I had one before I had got Shelby! I used to sit with my feet in it!

The pool that she has got is an inflatable ring one and the top ring appears to have a hole in it somewhere - time to buy another one I think!


Wils - Yes Shelby loves baths, swimming, hose pipes, sprinklers - anything wet really! She is a real water baby!! The only water smiley that I could fnd! ha ha

We dont have one but next-door have a great water-slide mat thing!
They set it up so you go down the slide, then onto the watermat and into the paddling pool and the bottom!
so much fun!

My gym has a couple of pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Am waiting for the boiler man to see if he can come around this afternoon (no hot water - like we need at atm... ), after than will go to the gym and the outdoor pool...

I ended up buying a slip n slide too which is fantastic fun, only problem is the ground is so hard from the recent dry spell that its a bit hard on the body. i have some bruises today,

No,i dont own one! But...i did have an ice cold towel wrapped around my neck all day - if that counts?
