We went shopping 2 days ago to get 'supplies' for the hurricane but we have eaten all of the hurricane snacks already.

Note to self....wait until last minute to buy emergency chocolate!!

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I would have done the same - did you have anything tasty?

:cool1: Would have done the same!!! Hope you enjoyed them and run out fast and buy more. LOL.:happytv:

It is all about chocolate with you guys.

It is with me too, but come on, a hurricane is coming.

I guess you could argue that it will melt once the power goes out, so...... :lmao:

You're so funny! :surfweb: :lmao: You just made me choke on my diet coke!

You two crack me up! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Who needs bread, eggs and milk? I head for the liquor store first.

Stay safe.

That is a riot.
I can just see you guys shopping. "Milk?, nah...TP?, nah...chocolate?, grab the box!"

:lmao:

Now you'll have to stick to the last few bags of beef jerky at the sundries shop!

Can you get an emergency same day delivery from Garden Grocerys?

Fill the bathtub with clean water and the pantry with chocolate!!!

OMG, I can so relate.
Here in California, we keep earthquake supplies always handy in a closet below the stairs. This means bottles of water, canned food, dried fruit, powerbars and chocolate. ;) For some reason, I keep having to replace the chocolate bars on a monthly basis. Those damn mice seem to find those candy bars all the time. :rotfl2:

Seriously though, I've been thinking about ya all and sending positive thoughts that Faye just passes you by!

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: OK, looks like we need to make some emergency chocolate shipments to send to you both. :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

One person needs to do the shopping and hide the good stuff. Put chocolate behind the fruit and veggies in the fridge. That is what I do to DH. The Thin Mints (yes I still have 200 boxes of GS Cookies) go in the freezer behind the oatmeal and bread crumbs.

When needed they miraculously are found (I have a corner poke out).

Now my question.....what happens if you lose power....chocolate is wonderful, but not when melted.

What did you get for salty snack??

Here is hoping that Fay misses you and DSister in St. Augustine.

Perhaps Owner's Locker would come in handy under these circumstances -- you fill your locker with the chocolate shown below and make them promise to wait until the last minute to deliver!

That sounds like something I would do, lol. You still have time to replenish your supplies.

According to Pete's latest blog update you still have time....

May I recommend the new Premium M&M's in Raspberry Almond. They don't melt as quick as regular M&M's. Also the new Dove Bars. It looks like one big one but it is actually 3 individual bars. My personal favorite flavor is Blueberry Almond. I have noticed that it takes longer to eat the whole thing when you have to stop between bars to unwrap.

Good luck on the chocolate refill and stay safe.
