I am seriously considering doing the dining plan on a five night trip next year.
But, we're AP holders. We will probably be letting our AP's lapse after February, because we get them at the military rate, which is the same if you renew or not (and always the best deal for us).
The dining plan would require us to purchase a 1 day admission per person. What could we do with them?
Could we hang onto them and apply them toward new AP purchases at Shades of Green at the military rate?
Also, I am concerned about getting the dining plan changing our reservation from room only, with a 6 day cancellation policy, to a package where we have to send in $$ in advance and can't cancel without huge penalties.
Part of me really wants to try the dining plan, and another part of me feels like this is way too many hoops to jump through.
What do you think the best thing to do would be, for us?
TIA!
