It is finally happening!

They would like to be in here by December 11th. It will be close but our realtor thinks we can make it happen!

This has been the longest year of my life! We have been on the market for 11 months. Having to keep the house clean for that long with 3 kids+pets + all the other stuff that we deal with has been a real challenge.

I am so ready for this to be over with!

Sorry Denae, I just noticed there I will go read it now. I was bummed we didnt make it up your way but with my Aunt and Mum, they just didnt feel like they would be able to make the trip up into the mountains.


Nope this is a new family, she is actually a friend of mine and has been wanting to move into this neighbourhood for a long time.

We apparently have a back up offer as well although I havent seen that one yet.

I just hope it works out the best for all of us.

Merr and Martha I hope you get good news really soon! From what I can see the market is starting to recover a little bit, at least here.


My realtor also said that they are going to extend the $8000 first time homebuyer credit. It has apparently passed one branch and they said they have enough votes to pass it all the way through.
