Tia, I thought of you yesterday after someone mentioned Tia for a name. It is actually going to be Princess Tiamon of Carrick, but we're going to call her Tia for short. Our first Sheltie was named Countess Candace of Carrick and we called her Candy.

We had a great night last night. She didn't cry at all. She alternates between sleeping like a log and playing. You forget how absolutely adorable they can be.

Dopeygirl, we got her from a private breeder. We've been watching the Sheltie rescue for a long time, but decided we really wanted a puppy this time. We went to Petsmart for all of the puppy supplies and just happened to notice Santa over in the corner. Who could resist?
