and we loved it. It worked great for us. We only had one mixup on the numbers one time but it was taken care of quickly. Even if it had not been free it would be worth the money to pay for it. We found the amount of food to be just right for us. We ate a yogurt in our room for breakfast. Then ate an early CS for lunch around 11am. We had late dinners every night from 7-9pm. Spacing out the meals we were hungry for the next. The snacks were used up speraticly though out the day when we seemed to get a hunger pang and knew dinner was not for several hours. We loved it.

Sounds like you were there last week also.

We (DW and myself) enjoyed free DDP as well, just last week and now it almost seems a lifetime ago <grin>. Although we have yet to crunch numbers, our sense is we saved over $500.00.

Our eating habits were similar somewhat.... eating a lite breakie in the room, which consisted of Snack Credit box of entenmanns donuts supplemented with cheese, fruit, juice and instant coffee purchased at Publix. Lunch would take place around 1-2pm, followed by dinner around 8pm. As Food and Wine began on Friday, we saved 14 of our 16 Snack Credits for the booths.

While there was a lot of food, spacing meals and walking a lot (go figure, huh?) helped to keep a bloated feeling under control.

Another similarity is experiencing one CS mix-up. However it was corrected quickly, and over the phone. I was impressed by not having to walk down to the front desk with receipts in-tow.

DDP is definitely on our agenda for next year. We loved it too.
