We got to ride Ratatouille!

Just had to share with my fellow podcast friends. My first trip to Disneyland Paris yesterday and Ratatouille was in soft opening. We were able to ride it twice. Absolutely amazing ride, guys-completely unlike anything I've been on before. The combo of 3D screens, and a car that seems to move freely through dark room sets made it really feel like we were a rat in the movie. We laughed all the way through and the little girls in our car both times laughed harder than I'd ever heard kids laugh on a ride.

We loved DLP, which many had warned us we would hate. The rides were fun and different-their Big Thunder definitely better than either of ours. No issues with rude cast members or people smoking in line, and the Disneyland park is absolutely gorgeous.

and no line jumpers???????????

that was what bothered us the most....the constant battle to keep people from pushing past us in line...

Nope, no problems with line jumpers. People do stand closer together in line which felt claustrophobic at times, but no one tried to cut.

Ooo I'm interested now. I haven't been to DLP (mostly because of the bad things I've heard as well) but I would love to!
