I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the STL to MCO Ding early this morning. Though we've been to WDW twice this year we have always wanted to attend the MNSSHP and my son happens to have a couple no school days in October soooooo.......

we jumped on the fare! $49 each way for a total including tax of (drum roll please) $117.10 per person!!!!!!!!!!!

Lowest I've ever paid to fly to MCO. Now I just have to research all about Southwest and that "cattle call" I've heard so much about

Oh well for that rate - we are going to WDW!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a stupid question. I signed up for DING also from St. Louis. When you get dinged, what happens? I didn't get an email. I'm not home during the day so if my computer made a DING sound, I wasn't here to hear it.

Help me. I don't know anything.

You actually don't have to hear it you must be on your computer and see the SWA tail sign and it will have a mail icon on it when there is a ding fare. You click on it and the fares will come up. The time it expires also come up so you may be able to get it late at night and weekends also.

Congrats on the ding. I am waiting for a ding from RDU to MCO for Dec. 16th. I would love to get that $49 fare. Last Nov. I got $28 each way!! What a ding!! Enjoy that cheap flight!!!!!! I remember sitting on the plane thinking - I cant believe this is only costing me $28!!

Congrats on your great DING fare. Don't worry about SWA. They are actually great! We fly them from STL to Orlando every time we go. Just be sure to print your boarding pass 24 hours in advance!

I got DING'd last night as well for Sept/Oct. Got $44/each way PHL to MCO We had a $39 DING PHL to Tampa, but preferred flying into Orlando so I switched last night around 11 pm.

I caught a STL/MCO ding about three weeks ago and was able to rebook my $109+tax/fees fare to MCO to $49+. We're leaving 10/31 and will go right to the Halloween party. That got me $120 credit.

Unfortunately, our return on 11/5 STINKS at $150+ per person. Hopefully SW will eventually offer a ding for Novemeber or a regular sale. Would love to pick up another $200 credit!

We got dinged for our trip last april. We had great fares of 59 each way but got a ding for 34. WOOOOHOOOOO. I felt like I won the lottery. What a wonderful feeling.
