We Got Approved!!!

I faxed the preapproval today at noon and 4 hours later she called me back with the good news. Since we are heading down at the end of April we'll know if we like it (who wouldn't......) that we are ready to go! They said I could give a $500 deposit now and pay the balance at closing, but I don't want to tie up my vacation money just yet...LOL

I'm soooooooo excited!!!!
