and my son has a tummy bug

he cant even keep water down...

please can we have some good healing pixie dust so he is well for our trip..
and some for us so we dont get it !

We were supposed to be going to the pantomime tomorrow day time - looks like we will miss that too and he has missed his last two days of term... poor little chap...

Someone once recommended Yakult yoghurt for upset tums. Tried it on my son when he was ill once and it worked, but this was after a couple of days of being ill. Sometimes its best to let it out!!! He's being sick because his body wants the bad stuff out so unless its desperate circumstances (which it is in your case) I just let it run its course.

The school where I work is deluged with sicky children - and staff - at the moment. It's that time of the year, unfortunately.

The only good thing to be said about this little old bug is that it's a quick one - it only seems to be last a few hours and then recovery is swift.

I'm sure he will be fine for your trip - hope you all are. Have a fab time

I hope it's just a quick illness and he's feeling fine very soon. One of mine always gets sick two to three days before we go to WDW. We usually go in November and went in August this time, so she didn't get sick then, but she did get sick in November during the time we normally go. Fortunately, she has always been better before we go and hopefully your son will too.
