We finally got an e-mail from the Polynesian IPO

I guess you can say better late then never, but when my Dad just checked our e-mail there was something from Walt Disney World. Well it was sent by the Polynesian IPO. I am actually shocked we got because we made our reservation there this past February and others have been reporting getting e-mails from them right away before they had a chance to contact them 1st.

it's the itinerary planning office for concierge (club) level guests. mine came about 3 months prior to arrival date.

Yes I am still at WDW and as for the heat it's very hot, but since I am in WDW I can manage it.
