We finally did it...

After years of talking about buying a house and then searching for the past few months (we looked at 24 houses) we made an offer and it was accepted! The inspection is tomorrow. If all goes well the closing should be October 31st. My head is spinning thinking about all we have to do and buy but it will be worth it because we'll finally have our own home . Thanks everyone for answering home buying questions I've had along the way, you helped a lot .

Yes it does . It has 3 bedrooms, dining room, a sun room which will be the toy room located right off of the living room, a kitchen with a big walk in pantry, a little mudroom with a built in bench before you enter the living room, a decent size yard with a deck and swingset a good sized basement (that we want to finish maybe next year) and a good school 2 blocks away. Also, we are still close to our family which means babysitting won't be a problem .

Well, we were originally looking to go South Shore mainly Weymouth, Braintree, West Quincy and Milton but we wound up finding this house in Boston by chance. We will be a ninety second drive from the East Milton line and 10 minutes away from our family.
