We drive up to the WL and....

This is the first time we (DD9 and I) will be flying into WDW. I plan on booking a towncar to get us from the airport to the Wilderness Lodge.

So we gather our luggage, get to the car, he pulls up to the Wilderness Lodge at around 11:30 and then.....

What happens now?? I'm sure that the drive will be a pro at things like bell services, but it will be all new to me!

Any expert advice about bell services, luggage delivery, and luggage pick-up would be greatly appreciated!

Well, the driver of the towncar will take your bags out of the trunk and you can either allow bell services to bring them into the front desk area for you or roll them on in yourself. Go through the sliding doors and stand still for a moment to take the breathtaking lobby all in!

Then head to your right to the check in desk. Maybe your room will be ready! If not, they will hold your luggage and have you call them on a house line to periodically check and see if your room is ready yet. You can explore the hotel, get a bite to eat, go swimming, or head off to a park. When your room is available, bell services will deliver your bags to your room for you or you can collect them at the front desk and take them up yourself.
