Oh we had fun fun fun. My ds(11) and I spent a night during the quests. When we finished we got 10 codes each for cool room stuff and then also got passes to a special VMK Disney tour of the MK.(which we could not take because we were leaving the next day!) So fun so if you go be sure to stop by the VMK shop on Main street. We felt like we were in the game.

Sounds like so much fun, I can't wait til next year when we can do it! :)

Enjoy your loot!! :cool1:

Yes it is in MK in Walt Disney World. It was great because it was so new even the CM's were into it. We met so many fun people that night! Each one takes about an hour to complete....They were things that you really had to pay attention to notice.

DH and I were lucky enough to do the In-Park Quest! It was before the official date of July 1st. It was very fun!! Talked to CM Ryan at the VMK booth in Tomorrowland, told him that the last question on the Adventureland one was wrong... don't know if it was changed, but he said he'd talk to the guy who made the cards. Glad you enjoyed it, we did too!!

Well the quests are questions about rides or stores in the land you are in. Some require just looking around some require riding rides. The Frontierland one was really tough because there are so many signs and wanted posters out there. An example of an easy one..who are the topiaries in front of the teacups..harder how many daggers are in the mural in snow white hardest was finding where someone is laid to rest......We also had a question that was not "clear" tailor mickey question...CM ended up saying that both answers were right

Thanks for the info. I didn't know each quest took that long! My DH and I are going to WDW tomorrow for a week. I hope he doesn't mind if I drag him through my Quest stuff. He is a good sport, so I am, hopeful...

How fun!!!! DH, DD 6, and I can't wait to go in November and do the park quest. We are all already addicted to VMK!!!

I'm going in August and I really want to do these quests and go on the tour. I was just wondering, do you have to do it all in one day, or can I do each one a different day during the week I'm there?

No, you don't have to do the Quests in any particular time frame. DH and I picked up our Quest cards when the VMK booth went up, and answered the questions when convenient. Like answering the Indiana Jones Adventure ones when we went on the ride and so forth. Great fun!!

You can turn them in as you complete them then get the tour pass after you complete them all. You need to go to Town Hall to schedule your tour so give yourself some time to get on the tour. They say they give away other special codes during the tour and it is fun around the parks in Frontierland they have buy a real pin get a virtual one deals and buy candy get some virtual...ect ect...

for a full list of in park items you can buy and get codes.

If anyone knows of any that are not on that list please PM me as I might not catch it if you just post.

Thanks for the information. Sounds fun!

This sounds like fun! I'll be going to WDW in September with my 2 VMK addict sons! LOL! How do you get started on your VMK quest? I think you mentioned something about a special VMK booth or store on Main Street? Can you tell me exactly where it is? Do they have these at all 4 parks or just the MK?

I need to know where to get started too. I'll also be there in Sept. with my addicted DS (the other is a little too young but LOVES to watch). All I hear is "Mom can I play that Disney game PLEASE."

We went to Disneyland last night and the last question had a sticker over it saying that they were still working with the question and that they would just give us the reward for it. We didn't finish it because it was so crowded even at 11 p.m.

I asked about the Tomorrowland Quest and they said that they hope to have it today. I've looked all over VMK and can't find it. Argh! I'm tempted to go back tonight but since it's an hour's drive and it will be so crowded, I'm not sure if it's worth the effort.

I did the quests at MK. The quest and the tour were both awesome. I collected so many prize code cards. I just wish I could get my DSL connection working so I could play the game and redeem the codes. My sister and I had a problem answering the last question in Frontierland because the WDW Railroad platform was closed at the time, so we couldn't visit it. I thought the Fantasyland one was hard also because my powers of observation aren't as strong as most folk, and in the Adventureland one, I was paying attention to only one thing and not the other.

I can't wait to go back and play this game again. :D

i always wanted to know how do you take pics of VMK????
