Yes, we were easy sell. Call and got info package, called our guide and gave a deposit. She made ressie for us Nov 8 - 15. What a relief I don't have to hunt for hotel rates anymore. We bought 150 at BCV with MB. Our kids are 9 & 5, figure we can do studio or 1 bedroom for a few years.

Thank you all for the info on this board. I had no questions for our guide because of all the answers I got here!!!
