I can't believe it but last night my DBF and I booked a last minute trip to Orlando! We haven't saved at all but I've been having a really stressful time at work lately and we haven't been able to spend much time together so we thought some fun in the happiest place on earth was just what we needed!

We fly out on Manchester on 3 November for 2 weeks. We're doing a split trip but spending most of our time at Universal so staying at the Holiday Inn and Suites near there (not very glamorous I know!). We live in Edinburgh and are flying out on a Sunday so we're hoping to stay in Manchester overnight and have a fun day in Manchester beforehand - we're hoping to go out for dinner/drinks and see Wicked the Musical! I'm also hopefully going to plan a tour on Man Utd stadium as a pre-holiday surprise for him!

Only 75 days and we will be on our way....ahhhh SO excited! I just wanted to share xx :cheer2:

Fabulous! Im so jealous, I'd love to go back this year :) You'll have such a lovely time.

we have done a couple of short notice hols to Orlando and its mega exciting when you only have a few weeks to go. No wonder you are sharing:goodvibes

So what if the holiday inn is not in your words 'glamorous' you are going to Orlando and that deserves a dance:cool1::cool1::cool1:

Sounds like a fun trip..enjoy:cheer2:

Our latest trip was last minute too and it's probably the best trip we had!

Enjoy!!

Thanks so much! I am beyond excited about this trip but I will have to get my act in gear as it will be a race against time to get it all organised!

The negative side of doing it last minute is the ADRs...I'm dying to go to BOG but obviously haven't been able to snag a reservation for our day in MK - hopefully someone will cancel though! I'll keep checking daily!

I'm so, so excited to have this wonderful trip with my boyfriend! We haven't had much time together and I haven't had any time off work (except my 1 day a week) since May/June last year so it'll be great to have lots of fun! I just hope it doesn't end up being one very hot and very expensive sleep! x

Does it matter where you are staying as long as you are happy? :)

You will love Wicked, we all saw it in London in Feb and have booked to see it in Leeds next year for my birthday.

Enjoy :dance3:
