We dealt with the SPIDERS...what will it be this year?

You are all sooo brave. I tried RnRc and it scared the bageezus out of me! :scared1: I honestly haven't even tried ToT yet, not to mention SM over at MK. My DS has been telling me for the last month I better get ready because he will be 12 and ready to ride everything!!

The first few days are looking great- hope you get some warmer weather soon! :goodvibes

:hug:Carla

Your plans sound great! Ahhh you are going to love the WWOHP. I actually had a dream the other night about going there. Think I want to go again? haha Maybe when I go visit my sister when she's doing the CP.(whenever that might be...).

Hope everyone is having a great week! We were having some great weather Monday and Tuesday and then today it was freezing! Spring really can't come fast enough for me:confused3

Ugh... I am sooo tired of the cold. Come on summer! DD14 and DD10 decided to take their bikes to school this morning. DD14 had gloves but DD10 had to borrow DD14's extra socks to put over her hands! I'm not sure if that's funny or sad... :confused3

can you believe it...we're actually going to leave Disney property! We are all so excited about WWOHP that we decided to go with IOA instead of Sea World!

Yup. I can believe it. WWOHP looks amazing. You'll have to post tons of pics and tell us all about it! :thumbsup2

Tuesday August 23 we will be off to DHS! This is a very important day as my youngest niece is finally tall enough for RnRC. Tradition at this park usually looks a little like this....my BIL takes all our KTTW cards, runs to TSM to get FP's then meets us at RnRC...while he's doing that, we all ride ToT! Mini Montana will ride RnRc with me for her very first ride! You see, all the big rides she's been on like ToT and EE she has ridden with me first time because in her words I do a great job of hanging on to her...not sure how that will work on RnRC...but I can't wait! Then we have a lunch ADR at Sci Fine DIne In...I think the kids will really love the atmosphere here...Jasmine sure did when she was younger! Then pool and a relaxing evening around the resort!!!

RNR is DD10s fave ride in all of Disney. She loved it so much that she convinced me to take her to see Aerosmith when they were in town. I had my misgivings... but she had a blast! :goodvibes My DDs loved Sci Fi Dine In, I'm sure Snow White and Mini Montana will too! :thumbsup2

The best part of this day you ask? Meeting Declansdad, Pooksma, and Declan at Boma for dinner!! We first met these friends 2 summers ago when we shared a Grey Goose Slushie at Epcot and thoroughly enjoyed their company and can't wait to have dinner with them to catch up and then the kiddies can all go for a swim while the adults enjoy an adult beverage by the pool:rolleyes1

Boma? Mmmmm... zebra domes... Mmmmm.... what? where am I? Oh, right. Yes that sounds very nice. ahem. :rolleyes1 I've never had a Grey Goose Slushie, but it's high on my list of things to try if/when we ever get back. Gotta love the Dis... little tidbits of info are like little gold nuggets, ya know?

Your plans sound great! And how exciting you'll get to attend a wedding while you're there! :)

I can't wait for spring either I will send good vibes for spring your way!

Yay for Universal my mom and I are going to Universal in August too!

The Disney wedding should be amazing you will have to take tons of pics!

Sounds like great plans! MK is always fun and I totally agree that ice cream for breakfast is a great idea  I hope Mini Montana likes RNRC!

Oh and also welcome to the board Jasmine! I am so excited to shop with you in August!

Great plans!! We're going to the WWoHP, too! So excited! MK is always our first full-day park-- best way to get into the magic!

Queen, the plans sound awesome for the first three days. I love that Mini Montana wants to ride with Aunt Jackie becuase she knows how to hang on real tight (good luck on Rock & Roll!).

And have a pina colada for me at AKL and let me know how they are for when I get there a few weeks after you.

She's definitely by bud when it comes to rides...any other time I can't rip her away from Jasmine...they are two peas in a pod!

Girl...I can promise you without a doubt I will have a few pina colada's for you...let me tell you about the best part!!! A lady comes and brings them to you by the pool:banana: When we were there in 2009 I couldn't believe it when this lovely young woman came over and asked if we would like anything from the bar:cool1: You know what our answer was don't you;)

great update!!! Sounds like a busy few days but good days!! I love that you are doing Le Cellier first since that's what we did!!! I guess at this point you are considered lucky if you get in for lunch!!!!! I can taste that food right now!

Thanks:goodvibes We are so excited that we lucked in for a dinner reservation:worship:

Yay!!!!:cheer2::cheer2: We've been made officially official in Queen and Jasmine's PTR :thumbsup2

I can't wait to see her reaction...I'm not sure how SW will fare in Sci Fi...she is quite skittish about "horror" movies:rolleyes1

I know....last time we stayed at AKL I kept a supply of zebra domes in our fridge...just incase of a midnight snack attack:woohoo: It won't be if...it will definitely be when...and you'll love them...I will have one for you when we're there!!:cool1:

Your plans sound great! And how exciting you'll get to attend a wedding while you're there! :)

Jasmien and I are both so excited at the thought of the wedding..they took all their engagement pics at Epcot and they're beautiful....well Stacey is gorgeous so it's not a surprise they turned out so well:bride:

It's my favorite part...then I make up index cards and lamanate them and my family makes fun of me... But I do love it!

Nothing better than a pina colada by the pool:cloud9:

Jasmine sounds like a busy girl! I've been applying to tons of different nanny jobs and babysitting jobs but nothing came through yet :( I am doing much better today! There is a guy, Adam, who's in my biology class and he really likes me and I really like him, and today's his birthday, so I bought him a cookie cake and a balloon :) So, needless to say, I'm excited! Also, I think I found a mini-vacay for me and my mom :) Me and my mom both LOVE The Judds, and they are doing a farewell tour, and I have to get tickets! So! The closest concert is right outside of Chicago, IL. on June 10th, so I am going to meet my mom in Chicago and we're going to spend the weekend in Chicago and then go to the concert! I think it will really help me feel better :) It was beautiful here Sunday (88) and Monday (86)! Today it's 74 and the next 6 days are ugly :( 50's and low 60's and rain....I am so ready for Summer!!!!!!!!!!! Your plans sound great! I could totally go for a dole whip right now!

That's right by me :) are you going to the allstate arena? Are you from illinois? If not then I can give you some great touring tips :) There are some great things to do in the chicagoland area. The pool I use to work at is a wave pool so that in itself is neat :) I also recommend taking some time and just walk and shop around the city itself. I love taking days and just walking around the city. you can hit some great picture spots and city monuments that way. I also know of this great pizza place that is in the northern part of chicago called the oven grinder, it is a must do for me and my family every time we go down to the city. They have these really good pizzas that are like a pizza pot pie. the mediteriaian bread is also to die for :) They also have a great fondue place that is also in northern chicago right by the city limits. It is a small establishment but they have amazing fondue. the last place I want to reccomend is Super dawg. This is a very popular hotdog place that has quite the following. They have a location in wheeling and chicago/niles and they are both pretty good. It is a classic drive in place where you park your car and order from one of those drive up menus and someone walks up to your car and deilivers your food to you. woodfield mall is also about an 45min-hour drive out from the city and it is actually a pretty popular tourist destination. I go there all the time but I always see people from either downstate or out of state shopping there so I guess it is cooler than I think sometimes. These are just a few tips I have take it or leave it I just wanted to put them out there on the table.

Hey Queen, am having a great week thanks though am with you on the weather! We had some great sunshine but it seems to be slowly disappearing and being replaced with the usual UK weather!

Yay on upgrading to 10 day PHs and visiting WWoHP - can't wait to go there myself!

Love your MK and DHS plans - hope your niece enjoys her first ride on RnRC. Enjoy giving your Visa a workout at DTD!! :lmao: Yay on having dinner with some good friends - typing the plans sure makes the trip seem real!! ;)

I am also going to order our Islands of Adventure tickets through airmiles as well....yup, can you believe it...we're actually going to leave Disney property! We are all so excited about WWOHP that we decided to go with IOA instead of Sea World! Maybe next trip we'll visit Sea World....I would love to try Manta!!! And finally before I get into our plans for each day....looks like we'll be attending a Disney Wedding while we're there!:thumbsup2:worship: We're super excited about this...my friend's daughter is getting married September 2!

Have Fun at WWOHP!!!!!!! I loved that place when we went :) Have a frozen butter beer for me :) It was a huge deal for my mom and I to leave disney property when we went there as well. My mom normally doesn't like universal, I guess it comes from being at disney as many times as we have. She did however love Harry Potter land as much as I did, well maybe not quite as much. I am just as big of a harry potter fan as i am a disney fan. That's soooooooooo cool that you get to go to a disney wedding while your there :) I can't wait to hear about it :). I love reading everything about them online and in books and everything. My dream is to be able to go to one or maybe have my own wedding there someday. I just saw some of the disney wedding dresses up close the other day and they are amazing!!!!!Do you know where they are planning on getting married?

Those three days sound like a lot of fun. I've heard such great things about WWOHP. It's the first time I've ever been tempted to leave Disney. :rotfl: I like that your plans include lots of pool time at AKL, too. That's such a cool resort, that it's nice to take the time to enjoy it.
