Hi everyone!!! Well, we're back and I started the Buff Brides workout. I had intended on starting it while in FL but that just didn't happen. It seemed like I never had the time. We were either at a planning session, tasting session, park with my grandmother who flew down to be with us, taking engagement pics with Randy Chapman or meeting with our Pastor. So, I started the program yesterday. I'm trying to eat well. I signed up for sparkpeople also. Seems like a great program. Anyway, I'll keep you all informed as to how it's going.
Moonpie - don't give up. I've hit plateaus before. Just because the scale doesn't change, doesn't mean your body isn't changing. You do have to change up your workout about every 8 - 10 weeks or your muscles get used to the routine and don't work as hard. There are lots of varieties in weight training and cardio. Change it up and see how you feel.

I'm going to have to move my workout schedule by a day, but not to worry, I have been feeling much more motivated to keep working out. Especially, since I realized it's almost Sept. and I haven't even called a seamstress to find out when I need to have my dress altered.... AAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!
OK, I'll be all right and I promise by the end of this weekend I will post some info on how our planning session went.
Or you could just feed the frosting to each other...besides, it's usually just the frosting that ends up all over the faces of brides and groom's anyway!
) to prepare for my upcoming wedding. The last time I joined, I did it with a friend. I stuck with it and lost 35 pounds!

You shouldn't cut out ALL carbs, just the bad ones.
